Third Expert Group Meeting
(Cherepovets, 15-17 November 2006)

Following the successful first and second expert group meetings of the CABRI-Volga project, the third, and final expert group meeting took place in Cherepovets on the 15-17 November, 2006. More than 70 experts participated in the meeting and contributed to the lively discussions. The discussions were supported by the following background documents.

• A URL to a project we are conducting on the lake of Como in cooperation with the University of Western Australia, Center for Water research. This is an example about how science could help better water management (although with reference to a lake, as opposed to a river) and, in particular, through a real time integrated data collection system.
